For an A100? I think you're gonna have a hard time with that. I saw one in a junk yard once, it had a HUGE scoop on the roof with the condenser mounted in it, and there were AC lines running through the inside to get to it.....pretty ugly all over IMO.

Here is a link for the unit that I installed in my 67 A100. I replaced my factory heater box with the Hurricane 2000. The fittings for the A/C and the heater hoses go thru the floor and you get the choice of either cable operated or electronic. I chose the cable operated and it works great. The only tough part was routing the A/C hoses. Good luck.
