Needed: Exhausted Manifold Casting Numbers

66 A100 with the 273 V8. Looking for correct exhaust manifolds or at least the casting numbers so I can search for them. Not sure if they are the same as car manifolds from the same year (s).

The dual center dumping Truck Exhaust Manifolds used on 1967 to 1971 LA-318's are the same part number as the LA-273's.
