engine swap 1968 a100

hi guys ,, new to this site ,, i just purchased a 1968 dodge A100 pick up with the 6 cyl engine and would like to put the 318 i have in my 1987 d100 in it any help ,, what should i do ,, mounts ? trans? please help ,,, thhanks

Which trans does each vehicle have? Also I think A100 transmissions have a unique tailshaft that hangs from a crossmember, unlike virtually all the others which sit on top of the crossmember.
