tires

Post by Jim100 »

1970 w-100. 5 on 5.5 15's.
The tire shop will not mount 32x10.5 tires or even 30 x9.5 tires. What tires are people running?

Might be time for some different wheels. Looks like there are stock looking steel wheels out there that are 7 inches across.

Nice thanks for tip. Those are cool looking tires. They are probably on the expensive side.

John,
How do those tires ride and drive on the road? Noticeably different than radials?

Jim,
They're fine with me. Mine are on a W200 with the split ring wheels so
I'm running tubes as well. They hum on the road.... but I like them for
their original look. Hope this helps. :Thumbsup
