Dana 44 or 50 Front end
Dana 60 Rear
T-case and shifter (divorced) from sweptline w200
Crossmember from sweptline w200
Sticking with the manual steering is it the same drag link and everything?
You guys that have done this before what is the range of difficulty of this swap?
Will my current braking system/master cylinder cut the mustard?
Looking for more information before I attempt this swap.
1971 D100 Longbox stepside 2x4 with 318/4 speed/8 3/4 (3.23) rear right now.

Re: 4x4 Conversion
Are you wanting to convert to a closed knuckle or a open?

Re: 4x4 Conversion
I believe 69-71 w series were closed. I believe it’ll be easier to convert with original parts.
Re: 4x4 Conversion
The W Pitman arm and drag link are different than the D.
If you're thinking of 200 series spring packs, you'll need
to address the spring bolt diameter difference vs the 100
Series, along with any needed lift blocks for the rear springs.
The NP 205 single stick would be stock equipment for your
year Sweptline. All Sweptlines were closed knuckle axle.

Just checking to rule out giving advice on a later disc break conversion which some do.
The W drag link is not as common or as inexpensive as the D.
