Tie Rod Ends

Post by BlueManCrew »

Sweptliners,

I have a D200 crew cab turned W200 crew cab. The center link tie rod ends need to be replaced. The passenger and driver side shaft and threads are the same but the ball joint taper and stud are smaller on the passenger side.

I've tried to identify the center link tie rod ends on the moog website, but can't find any dimensions that match. Rock auto recommends ES354R and L....but I cant find dimensions on those part numbers to verify.

Any wisdom out there on how to either find parts, or to use the dimensions to find parts.

Thanks. Happy new year.

BlueManCrew.

Thanks for the link. The Moog website has only a couple 11/16 by 18 tpi rod ends. None of them are shaped like the ones that came on the truck. I guess I'll keep looking. Thanks. BlueManCrew.
