What size bolt? 1/2 or 3/4? The 3/4 is Moog #SB268, the 1/2 is SB266, just bought both sets from Rockauto.

Thanks for the help. The bolt itself measures what looks to be 5/8ths. Figures. Its a half ton so Im thinking the smaller bolt?

How do you get those bolts out? I got the nut off (15/16) but cant move the bolt. 3/4 head. Is it threaded or driven into the hanger sides? Cut it apart and replace?
Thanks Jim

I got the bolt out of one side in one piece and it measures exactly 5/8. The old bushing came out in pieces. I scraped and cleaned out the inside of the bottom hole of the shackle.
The new bushing is for a half inch bolt and measures an inch outside and fits in the shackle rather loosely. Should'nt it be tight?
Is there a bushing that is between the one for a half inch bolt and one for a three quarter inch? 5/8?
