Time to find a different mechanic- the pumpkin on the ford axle isn't even on the correct side!

Direct bolt in and go would be '61-'71 Power Wagons (closed knuckle dana 44).

'72-'74 W200's (open knuckle dana 44) have locking hubs, the same drum brakes and same spring perch width but will need the shock mounts cut off and moved to the front of the axle, and you will need to use the drag link from a '61-'71 Dodge 2 wheel drive truck.

'75-'79 Dodge W200's (unit bearing dana 44) don't have locking hubs- they're junk. Don't bother with them.

'80-'84 W250 Power Ram (open knuckle dana 44) axles fit exactly like the '72-'74, but have disc brakes (i.e. you'll need a different brake proportioning valve)

'75-'93 Heavy spec W200/W250's/W300/W350's (dana 60) are effectively a "heavy duty" version of the '80-'84 axles- locking hubs (or at least the ability to have locking hubs), disc brakes, etc. Again, You will need to use a draglink from a '61-'71 Dodge 2 wheel drive, disc brake proportioning valve, move the shock mounts to the front of the axle, etc. Spring perch width is the same as your original axle.

'67-'87 3/4 ton chevy axles can be made to work, but the spring perches are slightly off, shock mounts need moved, steering will need to be modified, etc. etc.
'66 Cummins W250 5 spd crew cab long bed
'67 W200 Cummins, never-ending project
'74 Ramcharger Cummins 5 speed
'02 24v quad cab 6 speed dually 4x4
