Factory 1971 W100 wheels
HI guys,
Are the factory steel wheels for a 71 W100 any different than D100?
Seems like the center hole must be bigger for the front hubs?

Are these the original 71 W100 wheels?
I have 2 of these...if they are right....then I need two more.
These are 5 on 5.5..15 inch diameter.
These have 4.5 inch back spacing.

I don't know if Dodge offered flotation tire/wheels on the w100. The trucks I have seen have wheels more like this...

I'm guessing you know the bolt pattern is different since you mentioned your wheels are 5 on 5.5 inch.Yellow71 wrote:HI guys,

The wheels in you picture are too wide to be factory Sweptline wheels. Back then trucks came with narrow tires.

Doesn't look like there are any knobs like other wheels have for the hub cap.CMR70D3 wrote:Here's the factory 71' W100 wheels on my donor.

I've only seen 1 picture of hub caps on a W100 70'-71'. It was a full cover that had the hole for the front hub lock-outs, not sure if they were stock or not.

I saw a Willy's Jeep on Craigslist with the wheels shown in the 1st picture. They might be optional Jeep wheels.

Well, what I meant to say...
You can tell if the wheel is original for Powerwagon, when there are no knobs?....Powerwagon had no need for knobs.
