Looks like a good build going! If your interested in getting rid of the short box let me know, I have a 71 short step side and been trying to find a short fleetside bed.

Traveler,
Thanks. It is progressing SLOW! Yes, I would definitely consider selling the short box. If I don't sell it, that's way too much stuff laying around... I may have to build another truck to use it!
Thanks,
Jamie

Well,
Things are moving along. We have the passenger side of the cowl, firewall area structurally finished. Had to hand make some pieces. Now it is just to replace the outer cowl area right above where the fender, door seam is. Have to wait to do that till the hood is on for a body line guide. The new rockers and all of the structure is done on that side too. Floors are finished. Now, starting drivers side to replace the same area. Took about 2 months to do pass side. Drivers side is a little worse, so I expect at least that long. My vision of driving the truck this summer unfortunately are getting dashed daily as progress is slow. So, I figure 6 more months of metal work. Then bodywork for 3-4 months. Then paint probably over the winter next year. VERY frustrating. Will postpics as I get time.
