Reared froze?

Rear end was locked when I got my 67/70 pw yesterday after dragging it till a tire popped one side freed up ha but the other is still tight. Any ideas on how to fix?? Thanx guys

What size truck? 1/2 tons were 8.75" rears (after 68, not sure what you meant by 67/70 pw)....... pre 69 1/2 tons, 3/4 & 1 ton were dana 60 rear. How you go about tackling depends on the type, but many similarities in the process.

Are you sure differential is frozen, or could it be a brake issue which I'd think is more likely?

Brake drums are more likely to be stuck because of sitting. If you get the drum off and it still doesn't move, then its probably the outside bearing.

It is a 67 frame so I'm assuming it's the 60 but I will check brakes first thanx guys. Cab and front clip are a 70
