Re: front frame spring shackle bushings
So far, no problems. We are here in town, and today was my first day at work. I am somewhat sad about not having either of my crewcabs here to work on though.

I forgot to take pictures, but check the napa link. I can't stop once I start... it stings.
These were as close as I could find.
I reused the metal sleaves for the inside. I'll take what is left of the old bushings to the spring outfit and see if they can size them up.
Very easy to remove and install. Of course the old bushing were falling apart, i'm sure that helped.
I compleated the left side, and will take pictures of the right side when I have two more bushings in hand.
The other good news is the bushings are four bucks a pair and common enuf for Napa to stock.
Napa counter guy said these bushings appear to be for mopar and fords most commenly.
Thanks for all the help guys!

Re: front frame spring shackle bushings
Picked up two more bushings from Napa.
Took pictures this time. The right side wasn't nearly as bad as the left.
Some of the bushing pictures are of the left side bushings and some are of the right side.
The pictures with the old bushings still installed are of the right side.
Notice the grove machined in the bore. I'm not sure if the old bushings had a lip on them or if they just developed over 40 years of being smashed in thier. Also I'm not sure how wide the bushing flange was from the factory.
