body swap

Post by Jim100 »

I would like to put the nice 1967 cab and bed on my 1970 powerwagon. Both are small block np435 1/2 ton.
The 1970 has the mechanical clutch and the 67 hydralic.
Will I be able to use the 1970 bell housing so I can use the oil clutch?
Thanks

1968 & older= hydraulic clutch
1969 & newer= mechanical clutch (except trucks over 1 ton)
