does anyone have a exploded view of a closed knuckle assy.
while i was preping the ambulance for tow . i lifted front right up to put on a tire with air and hub wobbles BAD ! : i pulled locking hub and bearing adjuster bolt is lock by a fold ing tab so it did not just come out of adjustment (not good) i had visions of lost wheel. WASP tellin me bad things about towing rigs down there hiway , big ticketts. i will now have to trailer "ambi" home....
both my PW's have same running gear. i got to get my hands on a manual. i have 80 vintage ford books but they were open type.
\also a piece of the glass in door came out when i shut it now i need to find door glass for a 63 W200 ambulance..anyone got 1 of dat layin around. yasuryabetya

You'll likely need a Factory Service Manual [FSM].lbman wrote:does anyone have a exploded view of a closed knuckle assy.

Here's one from this forum's on-line parts
manual.....
http://sweptline.org/suspension63_68/02-05.gif
Your ambulance has a lot of cool things going for
it. It may also require a lot of time and money to
make it fit and reliable for the road. Good luck
with your project.

You will love the manual that John linked to! Keep your eye out on ebay, I have gotten a few there.
As for the door glass, does your ambulance use the sweptline doors, or are they part of the ambulance body? I have a bunch of sweptline glass sitting around. Otherwise if it is just flat glass from an ambulance body, any glass shop should be able to cut you a piece.
