E at the beginning of the vin indicates a W model. This plate was stamped E100, indicating W100. Sometimes the guy stamping plates did odd stuff to break up the monotony of his job. Ive seen other W's notated this way.

Hi, I have been working on the truck and got it running. The truck was stuck in 1st gear and the 3 on the tree wouldn't work. I readjusted the shifter and got it shifting. Now the truck runs and drives.

Very cool truck. Glad to see another survivor back on the road. If you drove that here in Michigan you would give many people whip lash from the head turning.
