THE STICK ON THE LEFT IS FOR HIGH,(ALL THE WAY TOWARDS THE DASH), NEUTRAL,CENTERED, LOW,(BACK TOWARDS THE SEAT).
THE STICK ON THE RIGHT IS FOR THE FRONT AXLE, DISENGAGE,(TOWARDS THE DASH), ENGAGE, (BACK TOWARDS THE SEAT).
Hope this helps, have fun!
I forgot to mention, Lock the front hubs before engaging the front axle.

That Powerwagon will put those stock Ferds and Chebbys to shame without alot of after market mods to their suspensions. Jim

Whats cool is you can have 2wd low range without ever engauging the front axle.

Russ is correct the transfer case gears are straight cut. The only transfere case Ive seen that you can shift from low range to high range on the fly is in a millitary 6x6 and even then it takes some practice.

I have a better one on a different dash. If you want to print it out or something, it would look better. I just didn't have a picture of it in my computer. Let me know if you want a picture of the other one (it is not faded out or torn on the edges).
