I drive mine a couple of times a week when working around my property. It hauls garbage, plows snow, pulls an old steel bed frame around the pastures, and will be used tomorrow for replacing some fencing around the corral.

you cant buy a new truck as tough as one of the old ones.. sure the new engines may be stronger but i wouldnt haul half of what ive put in my old dodge into a new one(it would probably break and then hit me in the face with an airbag...lol)

Hey all,
Here's my 1970 W300 with Factory 383, PTO winch, 120 amp alt, 13K original miles. Ex fire truck for Oakley-Knightson in the Sacramento area.
I got it as a chassis cab and added the 9 footer.
It's moving to Portland next month (with me)!

Well,

I was hoping to add a better picture but I figure I better put this here. The last post inspired me. I'm an Oregonian Thru and Thru. The army just decided that North Carolina was a better place for me. But I will be back in a couple few years I'm sure.

Also have fun in Portland..I went to college there...a little liberal but they are all good people and you couldn't ask for a better metropolitan..it is absolutley amazing.

Yikes!

Is that the results of the Portland weather?
All the more reason to hold out for a 3 car garage, the kids can play outside, the trucks gotta be indoors!!

I finally can post here!

The plan is for the Power Wagon stuff to go under my '68 D200. A lot is still unknown. Dreaming of a 318/833OD/NP205/4.10 geared Dana 60's, or at least a later model (disk braked) Dana 44 front. We'll see what happens when I start wrenching...
