body questions

Post by johnboi1966 »

Well the search for a donor is on!! My 67 W200 is going to need donor parts and I am wondering what trucks I should be looking for? Will the doors and fenders from a D100/200 match mine? What about beds? I have a friend across the highway that has a 64 swepty that got totalled a few months ago, but still has some decent sheetmetal. What might work for me off that truck? I am going over today and will try and snap pics of their other old dodge trucks( they have 3 or 4) to show ya'all.
Thanks for the help and here is a pic of my project to be.

:welcome Its good to see another local guy! Thats a good looking truck, 67 Power wagons are my favorite.

Here's a quick list ... Doors=67-71 100-600 . Fenders= 61-69 100-200(70-71 fit too,but have marker lights.) Cab=67,68.100-200 Box =@66-71. Hood=61-67100-600.Grill @65-67. Both the D and W use the same body parts.

The Sweptline box from mid-'65 through '71 will fit your W200. The '61 through
early '65 long wheelbase was 122".... which is 6" shorter than the mid-'65 through
'71 long wheelbase.
