Although I've built quite a few rides in my day I'm new to the Power Wagon family. I purchased this 68 W200 with 60,000 orig miles. This was a truck owned by a fabrication yard that rarely left the site. I had big dreams for this wagon but the truth is I may have to sell it. I am considering e-bay but thought I'd check with all of you first in hopes it will get in the hands of a real enthusiast. I have the original 17.5 rims but the tires on the rims shown are brand new. It was poorly re-painted a few years ago. No dents and looking down both sides is very straight. Only rust is both front fenders where the meet the windshield post and a hole in the gate. It has 4:88 gears, original 318 w/ 4 speed. I can share more with whoever would be interested.
My basic question is can anyone put me in the ballpark as to what this would be worth. I understand it’s a bit of a loaded question but I really have no idea. Appreciate your help and your dedication to these Power Wagons.
Thanks, Ron

Nice truck Ron. Where are you located? There are a
number of areas to inspect for rust on Sweptlines.
The obvious four are floorboards, rocker panels,
the cowl area and the cab mounts. As I'm from the
Northeast rust belt, I could name a bunch more
places to look . I have the "sister" to
yours!.. a '68 W200 LA318/NP435 with 4:88's and
17.5" rims & tires. If the original mileage is
60,000 and the rust is indeed minimal, it could
be worth upwards of $3500 in my opinion, provided
it runs fine and is road worthy. I'm sure more
folks will offer their estimates. The 4:88 gear
is pretty wicked on the road.... you're turning
about 3000rpms doing 55mph.
