Any Florida Sweptliners afected by Charlie?

I hope that no one on this board was affected by Charlie. We had several near misses on another board but no major damage.

ki is located near sun city center - SW of tampa bay. he probably rec'd more rain than us and did not get the super harsh winds - he probably got tropical storm force winds at most.

the orlando fox station is reporting lots of trees and power lines down in orlando. they did show some damage in port charlotte that rec'd the direct hit - looks pretty bad but not like andrew. andrew was a cat 5 hurricane whereas charley was a strong cat 4. it could have been much worse if charley stayed on track and hit tampa bay - the most densely populated area in florida.

thoughts are with the people in port charlotte...

From the news photos it looks like a pretty good mess. I emailed my Chief this morning and volunteered to go with a work party and pitch in. Don't know if we'll be sending anyone though.
