Hood mounted turn signal indicators

Does anyone have a close-up picture of the hood mounted turn signal indicators that were found on some Adventurer Package Sweptlines? I’d kind of like to put them on my truck, but there are several different ones out there and I don’t know which ones come on the Dodge trucks. I’d appreciate any pics anyone has of them. Thanks!

And I thought I had visited every single post on this forum that mentioned hood-mounted indicators. And I had seen the other pics on those pages, don’t know how I missed that big pic of the indicator. Thanks so much!

Here are a few measurements for the hole locations on the hood for you, used tape, marked then laid tape flat to measure.
Hope this helps. The measurements are 11 1/2 inches from the side and first hole is 9 14/16 inches and second larger hole is 10 10/16 inches from the front.
