Hi everyone!

Magnus from southern Sweden here. :)

I bought a beaten up D200 Camper Special -66 this weekend a couple of miles from home.
The ride home where the most frightening stunt i´ve performed in a long time;

The only "working" brakes is front left,brake pedal had to be pulled back up, i guess the brake drum gotten oval as well....
It has a dash controlled automatic, high idling made it drive even without revving. If not revved,it flooded the Holley, and when driving the accpedal got stuck sometimes...

Well, after a hour of death defying stupidity i got it home. (I even spoke to it and padded the dash the final kilometers, as it started to stutter and stall. It worked,she took me the whole way. ;)

Lets say, i guess i´m gonna need a lot of support from you guys.
I hope i make myself understood, writing in english isn´t my best.

I bet as you walked away from it you looked back and said "That's my truck", with a smile.

-Hahahaha, at least i thought it!

It´s also my first REAL truck, the nearest i got earlier is a rotten GMC Sprint -73.

As i bought a farm last fall, my D200 will come in handy in the future! :)

Fixed a lot of issuses this weekend! :)
Cleansed the carb out, adjusted the float. No dice,first start up test resulted in no fuel to the carb...
Turned out the old original fuel pump took its last breath as it arrived my workshop.
Bought and installed a new one, the engine works like a dream!
No flooding, no stalling, no sticky gearbox as i could turn down the idling.

Left to fix before i can show it for Swedish car testing and get it road legal;
* Brakes
* Working Horn
* Working window washers
