New member checking in.
I just purchased this truck , while it hasn't been delivered yet, I have been reading many posts here to get a jump on what I have.
I am sure I will have many questions ,while I have done many restorations, I have never done a truck of this year.
Brief description.
1971 Dodge W100 383 auto. Plum crazy purple, white top
Has full side trim ,top and bottom, tail light trim, wheel opening trim. Is this a SE package?
I have seen here the production number looks like 1626 produced, not sure how many with 383.
Once I get it here I may start a restoration thread.
Any help with sourcing parts would be great. It will need a lot of trim that is missing or bad.
Thanks for looking and wish me luck!
Dave

That looks like a nice and unique truck to restore. No on it being an Adventurer SE, it just has a lot of trim.
Re: New member 71 w100
Thanks , ill bet that lower trim will be hard to find. Not a single piece still on the truck.

Welcome to the truck world Dave. If it turns out half as nice as your 70 Challenger, it will be outstanding.
Ask as many questions as needed and we might even be able to help with parts.
