Forum Updates

Post by HellBelly »

We are two major forum updates behind.

These are not the type of updates that will change the look of the forum.

They are major version updates so there is always a chance i can screw this up. LOL. I'll take my time. So if the forum is down just know i'm trying to update it. I'll post the day i start. I have some reading to do.

Dare to be Different!

Lotta stuff is different Scott. Fonts, sizing of lines and blocks, location of stuff like PM's, layouts and info in blocks and use of cartoon symbols instead of intelligible text.

What is this little arrow? I clicked on it and it didn't do much. It doesn't appear on all quotes but does on this particular one.

I clicked on a tiny arrow that points UP, and it took me UP to the "quoted" post.

I see that it works in some other threads. For me it does not work on the post I quoted because the quoted post is right above the post with the quote, and both show on my screen at the same time, therefore the screen content does not change. (What a weird sentence  )

Wondering why PM notice is not clearing after reading PM. Also, can you add attachments to a PM? Chris.

the PM notifications goes away, just the text stays there not highlighted. Lets see if the text falls off on it's own.

Regarding attachments in PM, i think i have that option turned off board wide for several reasons. Abuse and Security the main two.
