I don't think the production figures are
broken down into drive train options further than 2wd & 4wd.

I have not been able to find any. I was hoping some one had more info than what I been able to find so far.

No production numbers, based on options. You'll find 4x2, 4x4, and six cylinder and eight cylinder production. That's it. ALL '64 automatic trucks have the pushbutton shifter, located to the left of the column.
