im gonna be runnung a 400 \30 over with a a833 i think or maybe a lenco but idk if i will ever get the monet for that
its gonna be on 36 inch tall milltary oz tires in the back

welll so farr i have a couple of idea i was thinking a 4.11 or lower i wanna feel the speed you know

Yeah, I know what ya mean. It looks like on the chart that 4.11's would work. But of course, that is border line geared a tad too high, so it wouldnt quite have the low end grunt as say 4.56's. But you would be able to cruise down the highway at a decent rpm and get better gas mileage than a lower gear. I think a well built 400 would be able to pull 36's with 4.11's just fine. Because there is a little 4 banger toyota running around here with 4.10's and 36's and his pulls them relatively good..although he has burnt out like 5 clutches in the past year and a half!! :lol:

lol man what would you recommend ive never gotten to drive the swepty yet im getting the body ready gor a frame swap onto a 93 dodge 250 cummins frame after i take the cummins out of course

the 36 might not fit though :pale

I'm not sure what gear ratio I would go with :thinking. It really just depends on your driving style and what you intend to do with the truck. And I'm sure you could make the 36's fit with no lift, but you might have to shave the fenders a considerable amount, and it might not be pretty.

im only putting the 36s in the back and 19s in the front they barely fit under the cummins truck
