important...i need you guys help!

i was trying to get all my ducks in a row for the calendar last night when i realized i no longer have dave harris's address. i was going to send his widow a free copy of this years calendar since its dedicated in his memory, and it seems as though somewhere along the line my daughters must have gotten into my note book from last year. over half of my calendar address list from last year has been torn out. im sure so the backside could be used as drawing paper. but i need daves address if any of you guys have it, please email it to me. i have tryed his email with no luck.
