I see it on ebay too , asked the guy that told me that and he said , no it was his Dakota that they cut up .. right...., he just lied to me .

I thought the guy was honest but guess not .

Sorry for putting my trust in him

Here is the email, took out his address / name

That's not the one that got cut in half. His Dakota got cut up when he got divorced. He built 3 trucks. 70 Dodge, 72 second series, and a Dakota.

Bigdad's truck is still usable as a truck. This truck would probably only be good for racing or displaying.

Well true, however I don't believe I would use either one like a regular truck. Both trucks are meant for hauling 1 thing. A$$.

Long back story about the guy telling me it was cut up but, I'll move on

That truck and my truck have really nothing in common other than a few pieces of sheet metal , its surely not designed for any level of street use ..

I've been around race cars that are all cut up like that and within a small amount of time , all those tubing mounts crack ..etc

Now, its cool if one was to want a "race truck " ..

5 days to go on the auction , I'll be interested to see where it maxes out on the auction , why the guy never put a reserve on it may have been a brain cramp ?

Any one want to guess at the final price ?

I am not sure why i think this, but i dont think its gonna be sold for more than $16,000 :thinking Of course it only takes two people that really want it to drive it up way higher

That's crazy IMO to not have a reserve. Maybe the seller got the price they wanted but I think it's worth more.

I guess your taking a gamble at losing your truck though if you can't win the auction. But you could also ramp up the price on a potential buyer.
