Re: pic request patina
The "fauxtina" thing is a bit of my game as I do build modelcars and "weathering" as we call it is an art when it is done right. Here is 66 W100 Power Wagon that is on Ebay right now, they claim it is original paint. Looks awsome in my eyes: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/wRAAAOSw1zhab0OM/s-l1600.jp...

Re: Does anyone have a sweptline Special?????
As a sidenote to the vinyl, here is the roof of a car I once owned (not a Mopar but it is 60s): http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y223/Atmobil/Heckflosse/DSC03446.jpg I'm not exactly sure what they used but they had an idea of simulating that vinylroof-look. It was done in the 80s and after some 25 y...

Re: 318 Poly exhaust options
Thank you for the pictures and tips. I will have to build a system of my own. What about the crossoverpipe in front of the engine, is it more effective (for the engines abiltiy to breath) to have the exhaust come out on both sides of the engine equally with and X-shaped cross in the middle? Or maybe...

Re: 318 Poly exhaust options
Yes, I have come to the terms of having to fabricate it myself. I was just wondering if anyone had any good pictures of their own system and hints and tips on how to make the truck sound and run good.

318 Poly exhaust options
The exhaust system on my truck is not the best part of it. I put on a new muffler last year but I got a leak in it where the crossover pipe comes in to the passengerside pipe. Sorry I got no pictures but I hope you understand what I'm talking about here. I want to build a new exhaust and I'm looking...

Mirror repair
Mirror mirror on the wall, who is stupidest of them all? Ouch, that me :banghead The driverside mirror was sticking when I bought the truck and silly me went and added WD40 on the little ball hinge on the back. This made the mirror so loose that it would not stay in place. Tonight I had the bright i...

Pictures of steering damper/stabilizer mounted
I bought a new steering damper for my truck as the old one had less resistanse in it than a bicyclepump: http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1133015&cc=1329364&jsn=423 There is some instalation instructions but it is not spesific to Dodge trucks. http://www.rockauto.com/info/Rancho/8878.pdf H...

Re: What carb do I have?
That one looks very much like the Stromberg WW3 carb that I got. There should be a number stamped in at the top lid just about where I put the red ring. That number will tell you exactly what model you got.

Re: Rearaxle driveshafts endplay adjustment
Ok, I have now come to the part where I am going to reinstall the diff in the axle housing. But what about the thrust button, what is the best way to install these? http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y223/Atmobil/1965%20Dodge%20D100%20Modelhaus/65%20D100/IMG_0205.jpg I can't get my fingers in to the d...
