On my 68 W100, I am trying to figure out what rear diff I have.
Is it marked on the diff somewhere ? How do I know if I have a limited slip diff ?
How do I find out of I need to use the Mopar Sure-Grip lube as stated in Chilton's or can I just use 90W gear lube ?

Amp Gauge
Getting our new 68 W100 Sweptline in order. Going well so far.
The Amp Gauge is not working. Are those Amp gauges the ones that catch on fire ? Could it have bypassed as such ?

Re: New 68 1/2 ton
We love it. No Frankinstein factor at all. Just modern rims and a rebuild 360.
I live at almost 10,000' ASL so I need to do some carb adjusting because it runs a little rough up here.

Re: New 68 1/2 ton
I did put in a new flasher unit that goes in the fuse panel. Did not know there is one at the switch as well. I will check that. Running a bit rough at my home. We live at 9600' asl.. Actually closer to 10,000 ... Idles rough , sputters a little and had just a bit of black smoke. It did run pretty g...

New 68 1/2 ton
Hello,new here.
We just purchased a 68 1/2 ton in pretty good shape.
Cant get the flashers to work.
Put in a new flasher module, followed all wires and checked all the fuses.
Still won't work.
Lights and turn signals do work.
Any thoughts ?
