finned drums are aftermarket car drums. The factory D100 drums are non finned.

They are to big because they are for a crew cab. Get them for a standard cab.

I was given 3 different quotes on the pedal mold. 20k, 22k, and 27k. The pedal itself is 2 pieces of steel hinged at the bend and then overlaid with rubber. Each pedal produced was 168.00 if you made 100 at a time. Price went up with a smaller order. I agree it seems pretty steep on the pricing, but...

there are still good used ones out there. Just seems like it would be easier to put the correct one in there than it is to always be adapting. I doubt you will ever see them reproduced. The mold alone is $20,000. And sweptline owners will not support the costs of a new pedal.

You do not want to remove the entire crossmember. Just the center section and then bolt in the spanner crossmember. You need to find the automatic cross members for 61-68 sweptline.

Sometimes a little penetrating oil on the button will do the trick.
