Re: Looking for technical help and specs. Crews and general
I'm Not sure what is going on with the posting of quotes above. Maybe it is easier than answering 20 questions. (because I know both PrwWgnDrvr and soopernaut could and have answered many of these questions in the past. There is a search function in the upper right-hand corner. Once you learn to use...

Re: dana 60 yoke vs dana70 yoke
Dana 60 and 70 will interchange yokes BUT 68 will have coarse splines and 78 will have the fine 29 spline. Many size yokes are available for your 29 spline diff. Doug, What is the cut off year for the coarse spline yokes for the Dana axles? John For the most part, 68 is the cut-off, though in very f...

Re: fuel line pics
Based on what I've read vapor lock is usually due to a weak fuel pump or poor fuel tank ventilation. True story... A friend used to keep a bottle of Vodka in his car and when ever he had vapor lock he would poor Vodka down the carb and his car would run without incident for hours. Incomplete tool k...

Re: New Power Steering Box Available?
Be aware that the CPP has a race car fast ratio that is too fast for many d100s and most d200s. Add the longer pitman arm length of the d300 and it becomes a joke. It's like using a tool with too short of a handle. CPP does not sell a kit for d300s. Do you want to assume the liability when it fails?

There are nylon bushings in the Z bar. I have seen replacements on ebay. Maybe yours are worn or missing?

Re: Front Dana 60/61 swap
Slick, I think if I were planning on swapping frames later, I would leave the axle where it is. It is way too much work to just gain disks. The short steering arm on the 60 ramps your ratio up a lot when combined with the long arm on the sweptys steering box (even a W arm). This makes for about an ad...
