Re: Hot no start issue?
Chrome one. I think it might be in the ignition switch. Seems like if I don't fully turn the key it will fire. I ordered a new ignition switch and a starter relay. Cheap enough and the old relay is ugly anyway. We will see if one or the other fixes the issue.

Hot no start issue?
When my truck is cold it starts up no problem. Once I drive it around and it warms up I have issues starting it. If I shut it off and restart it, it fires up no problem. If I let it sit for a while when hot it will not restart. Here's the weird part, if I jump the starter relay it will start? Any su...

Yes I turned down the hub. It was just mockup and a few months ago. I've kind of scrapped the idea for now, so I don't remember exactly what it looked like. Sorry...

Here are a couple that I can think of off the top of my head. Both Cummins swaps, but could easily be done as a gasser. Yes shortbed is 146. I have always been a true and blue carburetor guy, but now having a fuel injected 5.2 from a 2000 durango in my crewcab it will be hard to go back to a carb. T...

Also double check which side the outlet is on. Small blocks had both and it seems like I always get the wrong one..

Re: Front Dana 60/61 swap
Thanks Doug, I was hoping you would chime in. That sounds like solid advice. The follow up question in the future will be asking if I should stretch the Cummins frame or move everything to my Crewcab frame . I'm leaning towards grafting my 2 Cummins frames together..
