Re: Differences on tie rod ends
Yes, I guess that is an option. But I was wondering if anyone here know if there is a difference and if so, what it is. I have looked trough the service manual but can't see that any details are listed there aswell.

Differences on tie rod ends
I'm looking at tie rod ends for my 65 D100 and I see that rockauto has them listed but only the right hand side. But they do have the left hand side for a D200 but I can't figure out what the difference is between them. Anyone know?

Re: Hellcat wheel set on a 71 D100
Need opinions. I've got a guy locally that has a set of Hellcat rims and tires for sale for $900. Seems legit yet to look at them. 20" x 9", 5 lug by 115mm (around 4.5 inches +/-) The suspension is stock and has not been altered in any way. What do you guys think about it, will I run into some stee...

Re: Any sweptline model kits out there?
One can always hope that someone else will buy up the Modelhaus masters and start casting them again but the resincasting-thing is craft and a skill that needs to be learned. There are hundreds of different aftermarket producers out there but few are up to the standards that Modelhaus has delivered....

Maybe thats what I should do to get my Mercedes sold  What do you mean "that's what you should do" .... make the Mercedes look like a Charger? :joker I guess that could also help, but I think any prospecting buyer would be very unsatisfied with the power. Re: Picking up my new W100
Interesting to hear about the ground issues. Yesterday when I was taking my D100 home from Oslo me and my friend (who owns the van and trailer that we used) where sitting in the van talking about a lot of car stuff and one of the things that came up was about strange ground issues. My friend talked ...

Thank you guys
It was a truly great trip in the states and I want to go back as soon as possible. More to see and more to experience. I'm feeling like a kid waiting for christmas for my truck to arrive here in Norway

Thank you, I will post a wanted ad for the parts :Thumbsup I hope to get most of the parts I need sent here before the truck arrives so that I can get right at it and replace and fix what is needed when it arrives. I'm back from the states and I now own a 65 D100
We got back from our trip in the states last Sunday, we had a great two weeks there and I now want to go back. After landing in Salt Lake City on Sunday April 24th we drove north to Teton, Idaho in the morning on Monday and when we arrived we met up with seller Lane and his wife Geri. They where rea...

Re: We are heading state side!
Yes, we have 13 days to see stuff. The first few days will be spent checking out the 65 D100 and hopefully striking a deal on it. I have already arranged for a hire car and we plan on driving about. It is me and the wife, it is sort of our honeymoon (we got married last year after having been togeth...

We are heading state side!
Ok, in a week from now I will be in Salt Lake City. My plan is to stay there for one night first and then go north to Teton, Idaho to check out the green 65 D100 that I have posted about earlier. Our plane back again is from Denver, Colorado on May 7th. Where we will go and what we will see in the m...

Thanks for the links.
Is it normal for a tire shop to have such dimensions in stock or is that a very uncommon dimension over there?
