Washed it and scrubbed some..... 99% of the rust streaks came off and it actually shined up pretty good, much better than I expected!

My 70 lights come on as markers.... not sure if 69 was different or not.

Tan: door panels, seat, seat belts, visors, head liner

Black: dash, dash pad, steering wheel/column, arm rests

My local Napa had regular black wiper blades in stock for my 1970..... They could also order the "classic" style that had the shiny metal frame.

I don't have the part numbers handy, but they looked it up without any trouble.
