thanks the pic will help i wasn't sure how many supports there should be. also how does it mount to the frame? do the cross braces just bolt to the frame so the wood is basically supporting the whole bed?

utiline bed assembly?
does anyone have a diagram of how to put a utiline bed together? we have 2 beds both were apart when we picked them up so i'm not sure what braces go where. other then the parts that are clear ie bolting the bed sides to the front and tailgate.

i ended up talking to the mechanic at our local cop shop. he said since all the adjustmets are done by the lower control arm the rear mounts have to be mounted at the 35 degree angle or i would never be able to adjust the caster.so i guess thats how i'll be doing it. maybe this will help someone els...

well wish me luck were leaving for forida to pick up a bed for my daughters d200 tomorrow. so far oil pressure is hanging out right around 50 while driving so i think the problem is solved.we've only driven it about 20 miles so far so now it's getting a 3000 mile test drive

here is what the screen looked like today at a cold start it had almost 70psi once it was warmed up it settled in to 25 psi at idle and 50 psi by 1500 rpm.

lesson learned if you ever have to pull the oil pan in 1 of these trucks do your self a favor and pull the engine. it would have been alot faster and eaiser. the factory service manual was completely wrong but i did end up getting the pan off and found that the pick up screen was 90% clogged and of ...

no additives just the different oil which was on sale at advanced with a cheap filter. i went ahead and ordered a new pump ,pick up tube and gasket from advanced and with there coupons it only cost 68 bucks. do you think i should just stick with normal oil and the blended stuff? and to make my day e...
