Thanks for the compliments! I'm looking for a set of hood letters. They don't have to be perfect, but I would like a set with solid studs.
I promise I will find a video to share soon!

Thanks guys! I know someone has a video, I'll try to find it and figure out how to post it. It ran pretty good for the first time out. 9.51 @ 141mph, #3325 with driver and plenty of wind resistance, lol

Re: Door glass removal sequence
Factory service manual has the procedure w/o removing the upper door frame. Basically, remove all screws from vent window, roll down window, tilt top of vent frame to the rear, slide it out. remove belt seals(whiskers),raise glass until regulator connectors are visible ,slide glass unit forward and...

Re: Door glass removal sequence
Thanks! I guess my real question is, what is the sequence to take the glass and wing window out without removing the upper door frame? I want to paint the doors as the factory did with the frame on and then install the glass and wing. I'm confident I could figure this out eventually, but the galss a...

Door glass removal sequence
I have some original paint doors, and it appears the factory had the upper door frame, regulator, and latch on the door when it was painted. I took one door apart by removing the upper frame, but how did the factory do it with the frame in? I know where all the "secret" screws are, but I'm just curi...

Re: Correct White roof color or paint code
Thanks, exline wrote:its called alpine white, factory paint code w1. for 1969-70
W1 is the the paint I referred to as spinnaker white, so I have the correct code.
I was just questioning the off white cast of that color and wanted to make sure that is what was correct for the roof and grille

Correct White roof color or paint code
I'm looking for the correct color for the white on the roof, grille and bumper of a 1969 D100. I have sprayed out 69 dodge truck white and 69 spinnaker white. Both of these colors are a little darker/cream colored than I thought they would look like. I was expecting a brighter white, but I can't fin...
