Distributor ID
I have a 1965 D200 Crew Cab with a 318 Poly. I found the following number on the distributor: 444291 38 Is there a way to identify if this distributor is a Chrysler, Auto Lite or some other mfg? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Front hub grease cap removal
Could use your help. I have a 1965 Dodge D200 Crew Cab 318 Poly. I'm removing the left front brake drum as I have a leaking wheel cylinder. What is the trick to removing the hub grease cap? My channel lock pliers is not large enough so I tried using a pipe wrench with no luck. Is there a special too...

Re: Cartridge style oil filter bolt removable?
I was able to give the bolt a couple of whacks with a rubber mallet & out it came. Now does anyone know how much the bolt should be tightened with the new filter in place? When the canister makes contact with the rubber gasket just snug it down?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Convert master cylinder to dual reservoir unit
I really appreciate everyone's input. I bought a MS for a '72 D100 & the bore size is 1 1/32" & I need 1 1/8" so that the plunger on the truck will fit in the end of the M/S. Either the master cylinders that I was able to find at local auto parts stores are 2 bolt design with 1 1/8" bore or 4 bolt w...

Convert master cylinder to dual reservoir unit
Hi All, I'm a new member as of tonight along with my recent (February 2014) purchase of a one-owner 1966 D200 Crew Cab, 8 ft box, 318 V8, automatic and 63,000 actual miles. The master cylinder needs to be replaced so I thought this would be a good time to convert to a dual reservoir. Has anyone done...
