383 redone, trans redone, in and running! Other than the gas leak issue found this scenario. Trans in neutral and park will want to creep forward / chatter forward. What adjustments need to be made so it works as it should. I have only ran it twice for about 3 mins each time. Thoughts? Oh what a fee...

My 383 is running after it's rebuild. We ran it maybe 3 minutes and shut down. Real pleased after all the efforts and attention to detail. Now for breakin? What has experience taught you for a good break in that avoids issues down the road. I have put in a good quality 10-30 with a Lucas zinc additi...

Help with carb hookup
Anybody got a pic of a 383 carb hookup, with the kickdown linkage for an automatic ? I can't remember how the oval slider inside the 2 big metal washers hooks up to the carb and how the connector rod hooks up to the gas pedal arm that comes through the firewall. Seems I'm missing some pieces.

My rims are stamped B18 YDS, B10, 811X 018 and the fourth has nothing. Any significance to this random numbering or the numbers used? Also the 12v coil takes an external resistor- should that connect to the + or- side of the coil.Tks This truck was a pale pastel yellow. Isthat what Chrysler dubbed M...
