Re: D-100 Dash Swap
Which is unfortunate, the 09 instrument cluster would be a lot easier to install in the 61-68 dash! Oh well, more fab lol

D-100 Dash Swap
Anyone know if a 61-68 dash will go in a 69 cab relatively easily?

Re: Chassis Swap
Going for the ultimate swap...got my hands on a complete 2008 ram 1500 Hemi 4X4 chassis and power train with all wiring, computer and keys. This should be fun!
Could take a while to pull off in my spare time in my 2 car garage, but that's what winter is for!

Chassis Swap
Hi All, I have a 1969 Long box D-100. I picked it up a few years ago as a mostly finished project. The previous owner bought it from a shop that did some customizing. Basically, they cut the front frame off before the axle and welded the front from a 93 Polara onto it. So I have a 1969 D-100 with to...

Re: Axle Flip Results
When you flip an axle with no other mods, you have less than a half-inch of suspension travel. Ask me how I know. Zero ride quality. Looks great, rides like crap. You are FAR and away better off by putting that axle back where it needs to be and instead get you stock axle modded with a two or three...

Bearing
Hi All, Need to replace the lower steering shaft bearing in my 69 D-100 (auto, column shift). From this diagram steering%20column%20copy.jpg Looks like I need bearing 19-46-6. Anyone know where I can find this bearing, or at least the inside/outside diameter of it? Like to have it before I tear it d...

Newby to the forum, just picked up a new toy! d100.jpg 69 D-100, Rust Free Arizona body and frame, front clip from a 73 Polara, hence torsion bar/independant suspension, front disc brakes, fresh 30 over mild cam 4V 318.
