I didn't think to look for a new axle. I don't like to part with more than $4.00 for anylhing so I don't think of buying something new , probably cheaper in the long run. I will look at Speedway Motors.

Mike, I don't have power steering in my W300 either I just use the pump for the brakes. If you are planning to add power steering later there would already be a pump there. I have not cut ANY part of the truck to install the engine. I opted out of the intercooler because of the destruction it would cause and it really is not needed. The truck can be put back to original very easily. I'm picky that way. The fan will be easy to solve by going electric or choosing the rig...

Hi, When I did my Cummins swap into my W300 I converted to Hydroboost. It was easy and it bolted into the existing vaccuum booster holes.
