adding a aux fuel tank
I want to add a aux fuel tank to my 68 dodge van. I would like to use something ready made, that I could find in a parts yard. I plan on hanging it on the left frame rail. what would be the best donor vehicles to pirate one from? any suggestions? forseeable problems?

Re: Re;wire new Alt-Reg and Starter
do you still have points? and cheap as they are I would throw a new starter relay on it .take the starter off and have it tested/repaired. check your battery too. it should get you cranking again.
