you need an 04 and up sub frame to get the aluminum bolt one one the ealeyer ones are part of the chassis.

Yep its mine has a 3 " drop beam spring under sno leafs pulled till the axle hit the frame. In the rear the frame was Zed 6 inches the the box body dropped. Rear axle is trailing arms and a Panhard

send your front axletoo sids to get it dropped he can do 3" then if thats not enough pull a leaf or too after that you will want a bit of a stiffer shock and a shorter pitman arm to fix the steering in the back i would do a flip right away with a c notch

best thing you can do is get a dopped axle from sids. lots of info on this site about them. pull the blocks pull the extra leafs and maybe one or two extra for good mesure. and if you can find one get a w series pitman arm there a bit shorter that should lower it 5-6 inches from where it sits now

you should not technicaly reuse u bolts the threds are designed to lock togeather ( i do it all the time never had a problem) center pins are ok to reuse aslong as there in good shape "i havent noticed any bump steer but i wanders a bit" this is bump stere just a really mild case the w series pitman...
