Re: Thinking of selling my 1962 W200 4dr
No insurance, totaled my 97 k1500 & melted a the windshield and other parts of my 1980 Rabbit. Estimate damages is about $250,000. I have never figured out an easy way of posting pics or I would.

Re: Thinking of selling my 1962 W200 4dr
The body has lost of life left, but does need someone who is interested in these old Dodge trucks. I drove it as is for a year and was happy but I really like the truck so I obviously have rose colored glasses on.
Thanks for your input.

It has rust but not terribly bad in all the usual places. I was going to put a 89 Cummins, NV4500, Ford Dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear with 4:56 w/Detroit locke...

Re: trun signal switch
I have a 62 W200 crew and I have the plastic in that but my 62 D100 has the same pot metal one. I just replaced my W200 with a 1965-66 Mustang switch for $20 on Ebay works great so far (needed a few adjustments and the wires are the wrong colors and all but its the same switch and cam as my 62 W200)...

Where would you find a star wheel? I drilled the rivets and set it 180 degrees and it works great!

Cool idea I'll give that a try. I put scrapped trunk shocks on my other truck so I might just do both.

My front bumper looked about the same but on the passenger side a 15lb sledge got it close to factory not finished tweaking it yet but looks better although my truck looks like it's in 5x worse shape than yours.
