1968 D100 318/4bbl Later style Alternator w/ Electronic VoltReg. Also, it has the 'Orange' Electronic Ignition setup. Have done some of the 'MAD' Electrical upgrade. Anyway, for my next task, I want to check to see that I've got the properly rated Fuses in each Fuse Box slot. I know I've seen this s...

Re: Can Anyone tell me what Color this is?
Thanks. The 1969 PPG Color page that I found (via this website & TCPGlobal http://www.autocolorlibrary.com/aclchip.aspx?image=1969-Dodgetruck-pg01.jpg ) doesn't show 'Turf Green', but I think you guys are right about the color....think that PPG must've changed the name by 1969. FWIW, the top pic (my...

Re: 65 d100 disc brake conversion (Front Brakes) only
The Switch goes into the brass block (which, in my terminology, is the metering block...maybe somebody has a different name for it). ANyway, the stock setup had more than just a switch. It's definitely not a prop valve. ANyway, send me a link to the threads that you say cover all that - I'm always w...

Re: 65 d100 disc brake conversion (Front Brakes) only
Beware of Scarebird's Quality Control. I found 4 issues to consider: 1) I ordered their new hubs which were machined to two different sizes. The wheel bearings fit fine, but the amount of metal on each side was different. I haven't detected any issue with this yet, but somehow I gotta think that eac...

Hiya, Not that this all applies to what you're doing, but there might be something helpful in here: I upgraded my entire Electrical Charging & Ignition system for 2 '67 & '68 Barracudas plus my '69 D100. I did not need to replace the coil. For what I did, these are some pretty helpful links below: a...

Re: Parking light and dash light issue
BTW, I used the Nippondenso I think, because ity was much cheaper than the other alternatives. Plus, I think the Nippondenso solved a belt/pulley compatablitiy issue. It's been a few years, so I'm a bit rusty on the memory.

1969 Passenger Door Handle
Mine got goofed up - previous owner said someone tried to jimmy it open. As such, the knob gets hung up in the handle opening.
Does anyone know where to find a new or good used one of these?
Thanks again, Fellas.

Like you, though, I'm considering that 'White Cap' as well. Shoot me a PM if you wanna shoot the bull sometime....

Front End: Can I Adjust Camber this Way?
Hi, On my 1969 D100, I've finished up my Scarebird Disc Brake Swap (BTW - Buyer Beware), & Rebuilt most of the Front End. The Truck Steers nice & Tight. It also stops straight (but req'd me to go beyond the Scarebird info). The only problem I have is that I've got Camber that slightly bends the tire...
