Re: Interior trim.
No trim where you are talking about. I would just make a template out of cardboard of the floor at the kick and use this for your cut.

Anybody have a cab that they are cutting up for parts. This is the only piece keeping me from having the cab done. This is the passenger inner pillar at the top where the sunvisor attaches.

Chromabase vs Nason
Are there any benefits to using Chromabase over the "house" brand Nason? I understand Chromabase can be thinned to 100% where as Nason can only be about 50. With an old color and a frame off restoration, should I stick with a 100% match which would be Chromabase? There is a huge difference in price ...

Soft Sanders
I bought a pack of the 6 inch ones and love them. Has anyone else ever used them. This page has a demo video, and I can honestly say they work as described. My one complaint it that the adhesive backing on regular sand paper gets dust one it and it looses its stickyness. That may be how I am using t...

block sanding filler primer
Let me start off by saying my truck is 100% apart. When I go to block sand my filler primer, should I reassemble the truck, sand, then take back apart or can I do each part individually? Thanks in advance.

Re: Every had this problem?
The pots are actually surrounded by metal and I turned my compressor regulator down to 100psi. As I needed my compressor last night, I needed something right away. The pot itself is actually thicker than the Craftsman one too. I have had quite a bit of luck with the air equipment I have gotten from ...

Re: Every had this problem?
They are harbor freight. The first one is a water separator only. The second one is another water separator with about 1/4" of the beads. The 3rd and 4th one are full of beads. These are also about 20ft away from the compressor to give the air time to cool from the compressor. I am just glad I wasn'...

Every had this problem?
This WAS a craftsman pressure regulator. The pot literally blew apart at 130psi!!!!
Now I have this:
3 of the 4 have desiccant beads in them. Think this is overkill for getting consistent dry air? I checked it for leaks and a pressure test, that is all so far.- Wed May 27, 2015 3:26 pm
