Great shots. The background's color is so vivid it looks fake. Fall is my favorite time to shoot.

I'm a huge 'rev fan, but can't remember the last time he smiled that big. I've seen him a few times around here. Fun stuff, great gal!
BTW, Four Hundred Bucks is my fave.

I just bought a cab mount "dimple" from him on eBay. Glad to see his stuff up for sale, since I'm going to need a lot more than just the mount piece.

I love to have whatever he sprayed it with that cleaned it off that well. I'm guessing it was unicorn tears?

Re: Attach trim?
I've done that before. The 3M emblem tape is awesome stuff. I have used it for all kinds of jobs where I might have to remove it later, and years later, it removes fairly easily without paint damage.
I'm planning on buying 3M stock before I begin. I really believe in their products.

Agreed. I don't even attempt to pull the trans anymore. I'd suggest taking the truck in and let them remove, fix, and install especially since there could be a warranty issue. Some checks I'm willing to write, and often the best tool in the toolbox.

Re: home made drop axle
Just order a dropped tube axle from Speedway and be done with it. Couple hundred bucks, with new springs and disc compatible hubs. For a couple hundred bucks more you get the complete brake kit. Cheaper than making up a jig, buying chromoly tubing (regular 2x2 is generally pretty soft), tigging eve...

Being a photographer, I own the rights to any image I make, regardless of the subject. If the subject is on private property, the law gets a little more specific. If there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, a photo can be taken. If I'm on public land and can look into your bedroom window, I ca...

I love the "golden hour" shots during the last hour or so of light. It's so much more rich and is a little more soft than mid-day or even morning light. Love that first shot. Using the exhaust to incinerate waste seems like a great way to set the whole van on fire. Did you mean to say 'Corvair' designer instead?
