thank you both ,the unit just seems like it wouldn't come out with out pulling the dash . it is huge . im off to get some much needed heat in this beast thanks again

70 w200 heater box

I have a 70 w200 with A/C I know I have to take the core to a shop to be fixed as they don't make new ones, I went to start pulling the box out and it looks like I may need to pull the whole dash just to get it out anyone else done this before ? thanks for any imput

ive picked up a 67w200 383, 435 4 spd, 201 tcase,60 rear, ld44 front , lu2 winch, body is decent ,no major floor rot, runs will work on brakes (since its been sitting) as would like keep this but have too many already just curious what yall think it might be worth? aparently im the 3rd owner local t...

heater core question

I have a 70w200 with factory a/c are the heater cores the same as none a/c trucks ?I can find non a/c cores but not with a/c ,if they are different does anyone know where I can get one with a/c ?

Ive always used old gas for cleaning extra greasy parts ,it works so much better than the degreasers they sell today just my :2cents

I fixed the caster when I put lift springs on the truck flipping the springs around gave me what I needed. of course now that im changing axles again ill have to recheck it .the faster ratio defiantly helped

I bought one of these kits for my 70 w200 383 ,you have to call to get it not on the website. i read a lot on this forum first. had to get pump at store locally , order pump brackets online , it uses Toyota lines or that's what the box said, all in all I like it .like some of the others I cant turn ...

simple install, little bit if movement to column, wont turn at dead stop , I have more problems with pump swalling ,had a lower column bushing made , satisfied with product
