Re: Anyone know of a shop to boil out a gas tank in San Dieg

After you put some hex nuts in it ratchet strap it to the rear wheel of a truck with it jacked off the ground. Put it in gear and let it slowly spin

Re: what outer fenders for a sweptline dually conversion?

I've always thought the 2006-2009 mega cab dually fenders would work good

Nice Cuda! Here's a better picture of mine, I live 1/2 mile off the highway so I feel your pain. I drive about 5mph out to the pavement. Any further and I would have to trailer it out too. http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd303/gyman98/1970%20Hemicuda/170D5870-EE84-4911-B6B7-E7FCA84F18CF.jpg

Even if you go with a carb'd truck, FiTech makes some awesome fuel injection kits. I put the dual set up on my Cuda and it runs so nice now

Re: 3.54 rear end

I've parted out and worked on at least 50 Dana 60/70 and 80's all were 3.54 except one set was a 4.10. On my crew cab build I looked for a 4.10 set for nearly a year before giving up. Weird how geographics would affect gear ratios

Right in front of the 67 is a water truck with a high pressure pump. The ground and whole area of the combine gets soaked before and after. Only way to do it :Thumbsup

Yes things are expensive here, I like living close to the border. Easy to slip across for cheaper parts and labor. Beer is a lot cheaper too

Super nice Fargo at a local show

My wife and I drove our cars up to a local show where this 67 Fargo was entered as well. It was unbelievably nice, the lady that owned it had it since she was 16. Her first vehicle. I would say she was Around 40, it was very apparent she loved her truck. 318 with dash lever shifter http://i222.photo...
