got the interior walls put up this weekend and the power run to the house, the guy in the pics is my cousin....he knows the electriacal stuff i dont know

This is how the house currently sits. It gets dark here at 1715ish nowadays, my help got a phone call at 4 and had to leave....and i cant put those top pieces up by myself, the boards are 16 ft long and flimsy....plus having to crawl the ladder with it and a nail gun wasnt gonna work....one full row...

Just a few updates, its been kind of slow going for a little while here now, we got the roof on and the soffits done. Siding is all ordered and should be here this week sometime

Welp, we got it framed this weekend and wrapped....they fixed that section of the floor PwrWgnDrvr before they put the floor down. Thanks to my awesome family we were able to get it up and wrapped in around 12 hours

I dug through my reciepts and its 3/4. We got a case of liquid nails to help with the flooring. The guy that's helping me said to figure roughly 3/4 a tubbe per 4x8 sheet....I thought that was a bit excessive but he knows what the deal is

Also hmaynord...its all good I appreciate multiple points of view. Like I said, I don't have any expertise in this field I am just going by what one guy says to do...granted he has more years experience in the field than I do alive, but its still good to have the extra inputs

It is 3/4 t&g or 1in t&g. I don't remeber right off hand. I will havve to go check the reciept.....thinking its 3/4

it is 16'' and yeah I see that in the picture also....didn't notice it before, he was the one that put that section together as I was finishing the outside nailing of the joists. I will make sure that that gets sured up

Also never realized how expensive the t&g plywood is.....I was shocked

I have a guy helping me that been building houses for over 40 years, he shows me what to do and I do it :lol: he never said anything about the joist hangers, I will ask him though.....that access hole is also going to be directly under our bed so there wont be traffic on it, which may be why he said...
